Due to covid-19 we have had to change the way we operate to ensure safety for all parties and have put procedures in place to optimise a click and collect service. Please read carefully below to meet the new procedures.


We have been fortunate to move our auction online during the pandemic, allowing for easy, simple bidding using ‘Easy Live Auctions’ which you can find here.


Viewing days are currently Sunday & Monday between 9am – 12:00pm(by appointment only). Please telephone 01257 793930 or 07487589260

We understand not everyone can make a viewing appointment so we do provide more detailed condition reports on lots upon request either via telephone or email, or on our Contact Us page.


Once you have registered, sales will commence promptly at 9am every Tuesday, if you are unable to attend the sale we do accept absentee bids via telephone, email or our Contact Us page here.

Commission for buying is 18.50%

Collecting bought items

Collection of items is by appointment only and must be collected Tuesday from 12pm-5.30pm or Wednesday 8am-5.30pm.

We are closed for collection of lots until the following Tuesday and cannot store lots.

Please Note:

  • Charges will apply per day on items not collected
  • Please do not bid if you know you cannot collect during the allocated times, unless a prior arrangement has been made with us.
  • If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible

Alternatively your purchases can be delivered by courier, subject to conditions and costing, we do not accept liability for breakables and therefore would suggest this is taken into consideration prior to bidding.

If delivery is required please request prior to bidding or as soon as you receive your invoice on Auction day, delivery requests must be made no later than 5.30pm on Tuesdays.
